Default code 43..car drives fine..wtf

Yes, I searched, nothing.
Ok, so I looked this up elsewhere and it's supposedly the code for fuel supply system malfunction. Is that right? 95 ls. The car drives the same as it always has. So how does this code set? The ecu detects a variance in the 02 output in closed loop with the same injector pulse width, or what? How can it tell the difference between that and a fucked up 02 sensor? I don't get it, but I'm about to start checking the fuel press, etc. Any knowledge/experience on this is welcome here..
thanks

Well, I guess it's time to start being a grease monkey instead of posting up on here about it..
