a few weeks ago i replaced my old O2 sensor with the new Bosch universal sensor, its the new type that are sposta heat up within 10 seconds and have a diffrent look to the sensor end.

question: today i jumped the service connector so i can adjust my timing. and its flashing code 41 (Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Heater).

now before i jumped the connector i didnt have a check engine light and i dont after i unconnected the service connector.

i have noticed my fuel seems to be going faster. should i pull the o2 sensor out and check all the universtal (spliced) wires?
