Default Code 20 Electrical Load Detector in B18C1 93 Integra

Throwing this code on a obd1 P72 in my 93 Integra. i read that the 2nd gen integra doesnt have an eld in the fuse box...so the ecu is looking for something that isnt there? would this cause the ecu to run the engine inefficiently to compensate? i keep feeling that my motor is underperforming, but i have no proof to back this. plus i have a blox manifold that has not been accounted for through a tune. thanks.

i had the exact same setup in my 92 gsr.

I swapped in a USDM B18c1 and it was throwing the same code. Never affected anything. Had a honda shop check for me.. and said it was nothing. car runs fine. check engine light is off, but if i jumped the ecu pin, then it would show, but other than that.. nothing.. sold the car.. the guy is happy.
