So I recently bought a new clutch, and i driven about 800 miles with it.
But the problem is that now the clutch is stiff again. There's not much space where it's engaging. What can possibly be causing this problem? Could it be that the person that installed it did not bleed that clutch correctly? I'm assuming he does know how to.

I'm fairly sure that you are supposed to readjust after 750 and 1500 miles. That's what my new exedy said. I think.

 

Not much adjustment in a hydro tranny other than minor pedal adjustment and proper bleeding.

 

Always adjust the clutch pedal height after changing a clutch.
