You said it has a cable clutch. That doesn't have a master or slave cylinder, there's nothing to bleed.

And even for a hydraulic clutch car, just don't disconnect the hydraulic lines.
It's not dangerous to do. Just put jackstands under the car. It's not very hard either. The tranny doesn't weigh anything and there is more than enough room to work.
