Default Cluster and climate control problem

1995 integra swapped over a 2001 dash but reused the existing 1995 dash harness... If i use the 2001 cluster, all the lights show up but i get no guage readings. If I use the 1995 cluster, all the lights show up as well, but only the TEMP and FUEL guages work... No RPM, NO MPH... another problem is my climate control. Im not sure if i ended up using the 1995 or 2001 climate control but they both look the same. All the lights turn on for the vent buttons, but the blower motor won't turn on at all... i checked the fuse for the blower motor under the dash and its good. Also the fuse that is A/C related under the hood is good as well.
Any suggestions?

There should be a fuse for, well I think you checked it. But the fuse box from a 95 is quite different from a 00. I have both. Not only are the fuses bigger in the 95 but different things are fused together and the fuse ratings are now differnt as a result. I belive however that the dashes and harness is identical. Just thought of something. remove the clear cover for the guages after you take the entire cluster out. There is many little screws so be careful cause you could break the black bezel if they are not all out as I have done. Just try to get down to the guages themselves and swap them out to see if it is the gauges or the cluster. If problem still exist then the problem is the cluster, and if everything is fine, those gauges you replaced were bad somehow. The cluster could act up if the copper traces are lift off during cluster swap or a diode on the back is blown.

Iv'e done a lot of work on this so it you have further questions feel free to ask.

The NeoWedge B, I can only find these from autolumination.com. The one on the right is the SMT LED, the square looking one. You have to take some small pliers and grab firmly but gently on the white led itself, and twist so that the glue breaks. then you have to pull it ot of the wedge, and it is just leads, with a diode on one side and a resistor on the other. This process must be done to angle the led towars the button because the normal LED does not clear the button's housing. The picture shows the normal NeoWedge A and both NeoWedge B's, buttons require NeoWedge A, But the hazard can fit the normal, that is why the rear defrost is much brighter than the rest. It took me quite a while to figure out this but I have this down to a Science. I am willing to provide this service free of charge to anyone.

My expilantion sounds messed up, both buttons use a neowedgeA but the rear defrost does not have enough clearance, so I used the NeowedgeB SMT removed from the Base.

I know the fuse boxes are different between the 95 and the 01. I checked all the fuses and they are all okay. As far as the dash harness goes, they are not the same from 95-01 because of the fuse boxes being different. The 01 dash harness will not plug into the 95 fuse box. Ill try to figure some more details out with the cluster. Maybe if it comes down to it ill try replacing the gauges like u were saying. But seems like alot of work haha.. Thanks for your input
