i think the integra GSi is from australia??? not too sure but i heard of it before.
if you want all motor than bolt-ons arent a bad start but to make some good n/a power youre going to have to get quality parts. let me run down how expensive this can really get:
Mugen Intake: $700+
RMF Header: $1000+
that alone is almost a turbo setup. my opinion is to boost but if you really want n/a, its a start.
so you basically have an LS which with bolt ons will do practically nothing. they love turbo. if you want n/a youre going to have to go ls/vtec to have anything worthwhile.

" I want to go fast but cheap ".
The original poster should do some reading. You're asking very newbish questions that have been redone many times over.... and if you want the price in aussie learn to google up a conversion chart for yourself, why should we do it for you?
Research the search button and google. B-series N/A buildups have been done for years. Oh and good luck with the "i want horsepower but I don't want to spend money " idea you have.

Just to give you a gage. With all my mods, dyno time, and labour charges for the install of the more serious parts, I've spent close to $3000 on my B18B over a couple years to net around 205bhp of all motor power @ 7500+ rpm.
It's definately not the best bang for your buck as compared to turbo, but IMO it can be just as fun on the road. As for highway speed limits, I have no problem hanging with mildly turboed Integras and Civics. But for $3000 you could have a stupid fast car on boost. But I like NA
Once I hit the $4000 mark on mods/labour/dyno time (Including Pistons, headwork, and ARP studs), I'll be close to 200whp, or ~230bhp. But for $4k you can build yourself a pretty serious boosted setup.
Another advantage to NA, is you can spend the $4k over how ever many years you want, and you see performance gains with each mod. For boost, you have to save up all the money, and put your turbo (kit) on all at once.
