Is this a chipped p72?
I have a Jdm gar swapped Ek 1996. I would like to program the vtec and Iab activation. Not sure where people put it. I'd also like to confirm this is the ecu I should be buying!

It's ripped off for some reason. Ill test it first I'd jus run the obd2 Gsr ecu but don't run a secondary o2 and want a launch controller
