I've got store credit to a store down here in richmond for $130 and I dont know if i should buy a new throttle body or a chip. Which one would i get more power gains for a 95 ls.

I dont want to do anything else to my suspension, and I dont have enough money for a Intake manifold or cams

 

Id suggest that you by a apexi s-afc and get some basic tunning done on it.
