Icon3 check engine light no code

well parked the car 4-5 hours later i start my car starts to run kinda rough then check engine light came on . i then tried to get a code but couldnt just a solid check engine light on the car ran fine before i parked it. another thing when i started the car it took longer to turn over the car could it be my 02 censor i also have no cat on my car it is a 94 gsr in my honda delsol

what year is your car? how did you pull the code...or try to pull a code? scanner? or read the light on the ecu? my 1990 GS blinks an LED on the ecu on the floorboard on the passenger side. a customers 1999 civic si with a 2001 prelude si engine trans swap has a CEL but the OBD-2 port has no power so the scaner dont work. IDK who did his swap but other than oil changes and regular stuff i dont do more that that LOL

well figured it out its my rev limit i bought a chipp over the internet and didnt get instructions so i put the chipp in the easy part then they say to jump j1 circuit with a wire so did that that was my rev limiter i then cut the wires had a on off switch i installed dont know if that was done correctly but anyways it was done now that circuit is fried stuck so my car stays in the rev limit mode any way to fix or just get a new ecu . is there one i can get for time being sucks having no car

if that circuit is fried sounds like you're gonna need another ecu
