ok i went to an import shop near me and got it scanned and its code P0116 (Engine Coolant Temperature Circuit Range/Performance Problem) Possible causes? What exactly this is? and Should i fix it?

Like stated above, check some of your wiring, it may have gotten deteriorated or even have a bad/loose ground. After that is said and done, try checking around the marketplace, or your local dealership for the temperature sensor and replace it, it's a real simple fix.
