check engine light
1.if you look under the dash of the passenger side, underneath the glove box to the right you should see two wires going into a yellow plug in a rubber housing.
2.Pull the yellow plug out and get a paper clip or any metal piece and make a U shape.
3.stick it in the two opening.
4.put the key in and put it on position.
5.you should see the check engine light flash.
6.count as it flashes. there's going to be long flashes and short ones.
come back and tell us.
btw the yellow thingy is call a service connector.
ohh and if you just want to get rid of the engine check light for now or future occurence.
just remove the battery's negative terminal and leave it hanging for a few mins and strap it back on.
