my 94 civic coupe has a 94 integra gsr swap. with a P28 chipped ecu. i am running a apexi vtec controller and the harness accidently was broke loose by my brothers foot. i reconnected it back on. doesnt turn on, check engine light is on, code 21 and code 22. vtec solenoid valve and vtec pressure valve. what could be the cause?"

 

the Vtec controller cuts cuts into the wire harness, if the vtec controller is not working then it is interfering with the signal to the vtec solenoid which is causing your car to spit a CEL

if the vtec controller is broken then i would remove it and hook ECU wires back up in the stock form and you should not have any more CEL codes popping up
