Changing tire problem

I want to change up my wheels but who ever had this car before me put 2 nuts on each back rim that are not the standard shape thye are some weird shapes how am i going to get them off

what shape are they? are they wheel locks? if you can post a pic that might help..

If it's a lugnut problem a gatorgrip tool might work.
