yeah i just changed mine back to stock, was using a skunk2 shift ****
but it was just too cold because it had been as low as -30C in my area, and so i decided to put the stock one back on, but i did just buy a nice pair of gloves so i might change it back, because the feel of the skunk2 is wayy better

Are you serious? I had about four dirrerent shifters before I settled with the new Greddy ****. I never noticed any weight diff, just the shape of the ****.

have you ever driven the skunk2 ss with the oem ****, not a great feeling. i swear i was fighting it for the week i had it on. sure the shifts were like a 1/4" but that was due to the size of the ****. when i got my skunk2 **** on my ss it was like night and day, throws were positive and it was like butter. you ever felt a skunk2 **** compared to an oem **** or aluminum ****, you could kill someone with the skunk2 **** if you hit them in the head with it, lol.

Stock shifter and loving it. Never gets too hot nor too cold.

I used to have a ITR replica **** (it's still in my glove box...haha) but it was a b*tch driving in the heat or in the cold.

Skunk2 Shift **** is GRREEAATTTT!!!! very nice feel.. I also Got the Skunk2 SHort shifter, what a awesome feeling combination. Extra weight makes it very smooth and easy to **** into any gear.

And no it doesnt interfere with anything.

For x-mas I got the Sk2 dual bend, 440g ****, and ES bushings. This thread and its reviews are getting my hopes up--can't wait to install. I live in FL, do you think I will have a problem with hot *****?

Naw I keep the same aluminum one all year.

I made it in class on the lathe. Fashioned it after the usual type-r style. Unfortunetly I don't know how to program the CNC machine to engrave the Gears on the top of it

the problem i've heard of was that it'd hit the b.pipe resonator... but the only time i've had that problem was going when going over speedbumps a little too fast. other than that, no problems. and i'm running a skunk2 cat-back.

thats the setup i have except i run the single bend and love it. just make a little cover for the **** and cover it when you park so the sun doesn't beat down on it and you should be fine. a wristband with a sewn top works great.
