CEL HELP yo

I need some help with 3 cel codes i pulled out my friend obd2 96 GSR

i got codes 1, 17 and 65, i searched and got nothing..........any help?

Both O2 sensors and your VSS. Was the car recently in an accident?

Okay

1 - Primary Heated O2 sensor either low or high voltage
17 - Vehicle Speed Sensor Circuit Fault
65 - Secondary heated O2 sensor heater circuit fault
