Ok my engine check light came on and last night & the car would just bog back & forth going fast. I turned off the engine and when I start back up the light is off. It seems intermittent but scared the crap out of me.

Now I know where the jumper is but when I looked at my ECU, I see no LED or any indication to where this is supposed to blinks??? (yes I opened it also) I have a 93 Integra. I even jumped the connector and turned on the ignition on but I don't see anything blinking...

Am I doing something wrong?

Your check engine light is the thing that is going to blink when you jump the ECU. If it isnt blinking you either, 1) are not throwing a CEL, or 2) do not have the ECu jumped correctly. Try it again.
