Default CEL code 7

I just bought a new Omni power tps sensor to replace the old one. But it's still flashing code 7. Do I just follow the line and see if it's unplugged? Or how do i find out if theres a defect in the line? And I just changed the spark plugs, but every time i turn the key, it doesn't start up. It turns but doesn't start up. Any Ideas?

I assume you set it to its proper specs....the tps sensors are adjustable on the voltage, if it is not set right, i believe you could be in the negative amount of voltage for idle throttle...which in turn may not let your vehicle start. you have to search for the tps voltage.
