CEL - CODE 45?

CEL - CODE 45?
hi
while driving today CEL came on...
it is throwing code 45:
System Too Lean or Too Rich malfunction in the fuel monitoring systems
How do I fix this?
I have a JDM ITR engine; DC headers, high flow cat and custom exhaust -
to much air??
