Default CEL and ABS Help

So friday i picked up a 97' teg from out of state and before i go registering it and through emissions i want to get the CEL and ABS lights dealt with...

1. CEL is throwing code 65 which is O2 sensor heater...

the kid before me put in a test pipe so if i just go back to a cat and hook the o2 back up it should be fine right?

and...

2. ABS is throwing a code 74 which is solenoid - R

what the hell does that mean and what do i do to fix...

any help or a point in the right direction would help a lot... thanks in advance...

The ABS code means that your ABS modulator is most likely failing. The rear channel solenoid is not working properly. You most likely will need a new modulator.

The CEL sounds like the heater circuit or wiring to the O2 sensor is faulty. Get under the car and look for hacked harnesses.
