Default CEL 22 and 45

22 VTEC pressure valve
45 Fuel system too rich or lean

How do i go about fixing this problem. If worst comes to worst I can change out my vtec solenoid, but how do you fix it when the car is too rich/lean.

ohh yea i just remember the header that i put in is leaking.. so is it possibly the cel code for lean/rich is due to the leaking header???

also on top of my exhaust on my rear bumper gets black very fast.. its like the exhaust is spitting out thick dirty fumes that stick on my bumper.. is this the sign of my car running rich/lean?
