Alright, I've been getting a cel 21 each time i rev pass 5 or 6 thousand rpm. I checked my wires to make sure they're right, and i checked to see if my vtec solenoid is working by touching the wire to the positive( it made clicking noises, so i guess it is working). Now do i need a new vtec solenoid and switch?

you might want to clean the screen on your solenoid...
