CEL

i dont know if im not searching right or what but i cant find the answer to this anymore.

90 integra ls im trying to figure out how to do the jumper to read CEL codes.

so i just did this and the CEL stayed solid for about a second or two and then went away and that was it. does that mean its code 10?
