I have a DC 4-1 header and a Tanabe G-power medalion...what size (i.e. 2.25 or 2.50) should I be looking to buy? I've heard good things about carsound but is it bolt and play?

is ur dc 4-1 usdm? or jdm?
if jdm get a 2.5 car sound cat and you'll need a 2.5 flange and gasket.

well then the header side will be 2.25 and the exhaut side i believe is 60mm wich is a little more than 2.25, but i'd recomend removing the bottleneck in the exhaust at the same time. have them make the cat 2.5 and aprox 2 inches longer on the exhaust side and then get an extra flange and cutt off the bottleneck and BAM full 2.5 inch piping from the header back
