car doesnt start?
try your friends battery you mentioned in the other thread, if it doesn't work, it could also be your alternator or your battery cables (if they are old and corroded they won't work well either).

Can you push start it? If the thing runs after push starting, i'd turn my attention to the battery or starter.
But, you said you changed out the starter, so maybe try a new battery?
Oh, and try disconnecting the positive to the battery when the car is running. If the car doesn't stall/stutter when it's removed, then your alternator should be alright.

I havent tried push starting it, but it isnt the starter because i put a new one in. I also think the alternator is alright because i took the pos wire when it was running.
