probably not.
Some argue that a camber kit is not needed... but my car did so i got one.. and i'm glad i did.

You must already have a camber kit then because it's not adjustable from the factory on a Civic or Integra.
I personally wouldn't want my tires to be straight up, negative camber can greatly aid handling abilities. I'm dropped about 2.5" w/o camber kit, no problems yet for the past 30K miles.
