the dude at the machine shop will know the ring gap and for your cam timing you just need to dyno tune. i'm at about the same stage as you with my gsr. my bottom end is getting bored for .25 overbore ctr pistons. have you heard anything about the clearance with ctr's in a gsr? i'm making my best bet that they'l work on mine but have you heard of people doing it and working properly?
