cam seals???
Hah, yeah, there is only one. Are you sure you're talking about the cam seal? Maybe it's something different.
Anyway the cam seal is VERY EASY to install. I can't even explain it here, it'll make it more difficult. Basically, it's like changing a tire. Remove the old one, put the new one in. That's it.

Hmm, what's a cam plug? Anyway, if you look at the valve cover area, you can see that there is a cam plug/seal on the exhaust cam side. The intake side has the distributer on it so of course there's no seal there.
EDIT: If you are not understanding this, lemme know, I'll post up a picture.

im sure its the cam seal because if there wasnt one on the timing belt side oil would get all over the timing then. oh and the one on the distibutor side is the cam plug

uh, dude you're really confused. there's the cam seal next to the vtec solenoid. then there's the valve guides or valve seals, is that what you're talking about? there's 16 of those, they go in the head... man no one knows what you're talking about.

man if u look there is a seal between the cams and the cam gears. thats the cam seal if u didnt know. if there wasnt a seal there then all of ur oil would come out of the out and run down the block not to mention ruin ur timing belt. and that is the CAM PLUG not the cam seals next to the vtec solenoid. oh and the valve seals( i dont know where that cam from) because when those go out ur car smokes not leaks oil

there is a seal on each end of the 2 cams by the cam gears. on the other side by the distributer there is the one cam plug which is commonly mistaken for the cam seals. i jsut need some direstions and torque specs on how to change the cam seals
so really there's THREE cam seals... the one next to the vtec solenoid, and 2 on the timing belt side, one for each cam... (what motor do u have?) #24.. is that what ur talkin about? if so, looks like u just remove the cam gears and slap the new seals on..

To clarify things up:
The one next to the distributor is the CAM PLUG..
And there are (2) CAM SEALS on the opposite (timing belt side), like stated, ONE for each CAM.
And to install it, you have to have experience taking the cams out. On a scale of 1-10 I would say its about a 6. Make sure to expect your valve cover gasket and make sure that when you reinstall, everything is torqued down to spec.
