i got this weird problem on my jdm cluster the speedmeter would go up to 180km when i acclerate.when i put it on reverse it drops back down to 20km.the problem is i don't think the cable to tranny are plug all the way in..how do i fix it??

 

just try pushing it in more to see if it goes in any further
