I have a 1995 Acura integra ls and the blower motor doesn’t get power on any setting so not ac or defrost I’ve replaced everything but the harness not sure where power is lost but I can wedge a paper clip in the positive terminals on the engine bay relay and it will come on and go thru all the setting but it won’t go off even if the car is shut off
