Bumper removal?
It's really easy. Front bumper, I'm assuming, right?
Open the hood, and you'll see across the top there are about 8-10 black retaining screws. Take those out. Then there should be two 10mm bolts on each side on top. One is facing the front of the car (on the fender side) and another is bolting the bumper down on the bumper side.
Then there should be two more 10mm bolts underneath the wheel well under the splash shield. They're basically holding the bumper onto the fender from the inside. Take a look and you'll see. One's closer to the front of the car. Then there's one more closer to the tire holding the bumper to the fender.
After you get those out, just stand in front of the car and pull outward toward the front of the car. That's it.
Good luck.

Same idea almost....I haven't done it, but it's easy.
You have to open the rear hatch and remove the plastic cover covering the taillights (the part you have to remove to replace tallight bulbs). That allows you to remove the metal piece under the taillights where the keyhole is. In there, there should be more of those retaining screws. Then there are some under the car as well.
If you look carefully, you should be able to see them all.
Just an FYI, a cheap $10 Haynes book from Pep Boys will tell you all you need to know as well. Also try a search on google, there should be lots of sites to help you out.
