hi i ordered new clear bumper lights and i wuz wondering which wire was hot and which was ground? if u take off ur bumper lights there is a black wire and a green wire with a blue strip. i accidently pulled on the green wire with the blue strip and it broke. i wuz wonderin if that is the hot wire because if it is then i will have 2 find it. but if its the ground i will just ground it sumwhere else. thanx
