Default built ls head

i have a 1990 integra with intake, exaust, an tuned ecu

then built this ls head and put it on

ferrea dual valve springs
crane stage 2 cams
aem cam gear on intake cam
type r knock off intake manifold
30 thousands shave
mild port and polish

and ran 1/4 mile time of 15.7 at 89 mph but a month earlier without this built head i ran 15.5 at 90 mph.

whats the deal?

Did you ever think to have the car tuned again with the head upgrades?

if you have a stock bottom end you're not gonna make more power. And you have to tune cause now you're making different power after 6k
