Brake Problem
Ok today i was dring to my friends house where we took off my heatshields around my cat and **** and i noticed my brake pedal seemed to have less pressure and had to be pushed a little further but i thought little of it. We got the heatshields off and got rid of my exhaust rattle but on the way home i noticed this high pitched pinging/screeching noise that would come whenver my car moved the slightest. Then as im braking in the city my pedal goes down all the way to the ground and the car slows and wobbles side to side a bit. I have to pump the brakes to get pressure to stop now if i dont wanna rear end the person in front of me. Then, when i backed into my spot in my driveway it made a sound like a door creeking but a little lower pitched. We didnt even go near the brakes when we were working today. If anyone can help me out i'd really appreciate it.
i would re-bleed the breaks, just to be on the safe side, and check the brake lines, see if their is any fluid leaking out, check the break MC to make sure the cap is on tight, and check the hard break lines that none are criped or anything... let us know how it goes.
