Are there any differences between the ls and gsr bottom end? I'm talking 94-__.

 

Yeah i think it is the stroke and displacement. gsr has shorter and smaller. ls has longer and higher. not really sure on the #'s though

 

LS has longer stroke, no block girdle, no oil squirters, no vtec oil hole to feed vtec head, no knock sensor.

GSR short stroke, girdle, squirters, vtec oil hole, knock sensor.

I also think there is a small difference in deck height. but not sure on that.

those are the main differences. there may be smaller less important but I don't know what they are.
