i just picked up a 1990 integra LS and when i turn the **** for the blower i dont get any air at all, it does nothing... is it a fuse/short? or is the motor going out??

There may be relay for the fan that needs replacing. but its a '90 so that blower motor may just be dead. Same happened to my '91 accord.

 

My blower went out in my 1990 Teg and had to take the dash apart on the pass side to change it. It was pain in the ***.

 

check fuses. if fuses are good check that you are getting power to blower motor. if you are getting power to blower motor connector then its probably the blower motor. to confirm you can use a jump box or battery and give the blower motor power and ground. obviously if it doesnt work when applying battery voltage to blower motor then its a bad blower motor. but u just make shure you are getting power to blower motor.
