Big wireing problem please help

Default Big wiring problem please help

ok my girl friend has a 4 door intera, and me like a dumby tried to hook up her spoiler light and messed up, i cut 2 wires a green one and a whitish one. Now the map light dome light do not light up. And the Picture of an open door on the cluster is always on. i tired to reconnet the wires i cut but it did not work. it's still broke!

I need some help really quick, need advice

first, hook back up the wires you cut, and make sure teh system still works.
There should be three wires coming out of the spoiler.
I don't know the exact colors, but probley a black (ground), green (brakes) and red (parking lights). The colors more than likley are wrong, but you get the idea.
Find the ground and ground it to a solid ground, then try the other two wires to a known 12V power source.
Then use a test light to locate the proper wires from the car's harness. If you do not have a test light, its gonna be guess and check.

also check the fuses in the access panal under the driver side dash. you might have poped a fuse and thats why the rest of the circuit isn't working. the tail lights,license plate lights, map light, dome light, and random interior lights all run on the same circuit going through the fuse box.

well i connected back up the wires i cut,nothing so far, and the tail lights still work. but the dome,map,trunk light are still out. checked the fuses, they are fine.
now i have to look for the ground......
