Default Big Vss Problem .. Help

ok so i having a problem with my Vss , Speedometer and speedometer cable .. First my speedo cable went back so i didnt get one for a couple of days cuz it was on back order drove around my car and after 3 -4 miles the light would come on .. so i took my car apart got the new one put it in and now the light comes on right away .. the needle gos from 20 mph to 80 mhp . with the new cable .. ?? im lost .. so i take everything out of the car .. take the cluster and the cable put a drill on the end of it and it works fine all the way up 120mph. then i put the vss on and it works FINE . so i put everything back in the car and the speedometer needle wants to jump all around ... i drove it with the old cable broken for 3 days a code after 3-4 miles . new cable needle bonces around and light right away ...

Any helpp .. anyone have this problem .. its a 1993 integra ..

Look like that? Minus the ugly white faced gauges (removed).

that was just a horrible connection. I ended up buying a new connector and splicing it in. If the connector isn't making a true and secure connection it will jump around like so.

I had to take it out of the vss and put it back in a couple times because it kept happening(it wouldnt seat all the way either ,so that took a few tries),I ordered a new clip to hold it in the vss just incase it happens again.
