does it burn oil?
have you noticed any puddles?
as there are a very limited number of places the oil can go, and it doesn't just vanish, there have to be some noticable signs, if it is dropping as quick as you say.

first off are you sure you 1)replaced the drain plug washer and tighted the drain plug tight when you did your oil change.. 2) did you make sure the old oil filter gasket was off the engine and make sure you put in the new one and oiled it slightly? thats where i'd look first... since you said you jsut did an oil change
If you lost 4 quarts of oil your either puffing these pretty blue clouds of smoke out your *** end, or your leaking enourmous amouts on the ground. Either way you would be able to tell where its going. Look where you park. see if theres a puddle.
Maybe someone dosent like you and pulled your drain plug. Myabe not tho. I would make sure your oil filter is on properly. I had an older car one time and I forgot to get the old ghasket off, and let me tell you when I turned on that car I knew something was wrong as the oil at high pressure shot out all over the floor.
I did notice you said you did a valve adjustment. If its leaking because of that you will see oil from that area. Inspect it around the valve cover. did you get new spark plug ghaskets? Check your plugs and see if there is oil on them. A new Valve cover ghasket? You also need honda bond on the corners of the valve cover ghasket. Also you might need new bolt ghaskets as well. Sometimes they get damaged when you pry them off. Oh ya and dont forget you were suppost to clean the old honda bond + dirt off before putting the new ghasket on.

i see nice clouds of smoke kind of whitish not blue blue = gas no puddles anywhere. It's do for a valve adj. and did change about 2-3 weeks ago. kind of pist would rather spend money on something ele but i guess engine rebuild coming soon
Check your plugs to make sure theres no oil in there.
Also white clouds of smoke could just be condensation. Unless your car is warmed up and its still doing it. If thats the case then you should probably check your ghaskets. You might have a oil leak from that.
I personally would start with a valve adjustment. go buy all of the new ghaskets you need. Those bolt ghaskets that hold the cover down, spark plug ghaskets, and valve cover ghasket. You dont have to get the honda bond ghasket sealant its just recommended. Only put the bond on the corners where your valve curves. Then you should be good in that area and know for sure you not leaking there.
