big problem, please help!!

ok this might sound a little strange but.... take some cat nip and boil it in water... then when you have it in a fine powder poor it into the hole and then take your cat and let it get it out for you. All you have to do is make the cap nip powder. I have done this a few times when i dropped things into my engine.

Looks to me like it's a oil return hole. The pen is probably in the oil pan, pull the pan and remove it.
