Paypal I dont think refunds your money. When you file a complaint they will make the seller provide a tracking number to prove they sent it. If the seller doesnt have it they rule on the side of the buyer. But the seller still has to refund the money so good luck! Sorry to hear about it!

I just got an email from his wife stating that he was in a car accident. Hit a deer at 85 mph and then the concrete barrier. He's in the hospital for a while so his wife is taking care of everything now.

I've heard that one before. I had a guy rip me off on some wiring harnesses a while back. After a many emails where I asked him what was going on and him replying saying that he was working all the time and couldn't ship it out yet, I got an email from his "wife" saying that he had died and if I gave her all of my information she would ship the harnesses to me. Of course that never happened either. Finally, I filed a claim at http://www.ifccfbi.gov It took six more months, but eventually the guy sent me my stuff (I refused to take money just to be an ******* about it).

by any chance did those people live in TX?? my cousin got scammed for $6G's on EBAY.... the bastards were selling an talon, and he won the auction... so he sends the sellers 3K to have the car shipped up to WI and would pay the balance afterwards.. after a month or so, still no car.. but they waited for a few months more after the sellers kept giving them the run around... then one day he called again to see what was the deal.. the wife or father told him that the seller had died, and if they sent $3K more, the would ship the car up.. as stupid as he was, he sent them another check... i hate scammers.. may the DIE like thieves... i feel bad for my cousin, but there's not much i can do to help him out... oh well, we all learn from our mistakes... arrgh...

use some common sense. if you already lost 3gs and had any kind of doubt that you were getting the run around, why in the world would you send 3 more?

I remember this tool, he made a threads trying to advertise here in the Integra forum. I think it was Ophdeehezzy(mispelled) anyways he was trying to buy an Itr cai, to fit on his GSr with skunk2 manifold and Spoolinvtec got upset and said he didnt need the Itr cai and argued with him. He claimed to be some certified honda technician of 10 years and said everyone was wrong and was calling everyone kids
Anyways the guy got owned, and couldn't handle it and went crazy. He used more curse words in one thread, than I think I've ever seen in the lifetime of honda-tech.
And to top it off he turned out to be a scammer
