Which mod should i get first. An AEM cold air intake or an Apexi N1 cat-back exhaust? Different people had told me different things.

both will make minimal gains and more noise which makes you think you picked up a lot of power. real power is in some cams, nos, or a turbo.

but for your sake, you will probobly be happier at first w/ the aem. the sound is really addicting and you cant hear it as well w/ an exhaust. so get the aem first, imo.

better off spend the money on driving school.... it will make you 1000000 times cooler than just making noise.

if you use those choices, do it in this order:

you'll be happier with the intake. but, you don't even need an AEM to get the same effects and noise. i made my own using the teg tips on http://www.g2ic.com

well i think you should go with comptech over aem honestly. but it really doesnt make a difference what you do first. do them both together for a nominal gain

my vote always goes to suspension mods first.

but in this case i would go with the intake.....

then get a header/cat/exhaust......

Get an intake like the Comptech Icebox, then drive it for 6 months and get a better suspension.

Then do header/exhaust to make it breath. The header/exhaust is where the real transient response gains can be felt.
