Welcome to Honda-Tech. Please search. There is no one answer to your question. Different headers will be good for different things, and some will just suck. It's worth looking into. Personally I think the best header out there is the SMSP header, but you probably want something affordable. Like I said, please search.

go with the 4-2-1, if you look on http://www.team-integra.net they have a great header buyers guide section.

What sort of hp gains have you gotten from the Greddy?? Are you using your butt-dyno to make these claims.

lol greddy 4-2-1?? plz no. If you want good HP just go with JDM 4-1. with an LS motor I would prolly just go cheaper and get a DC 4-2-1 or any other 4-2-1.

For an LS, the comptech would probably be your best bet, but I maintain that you should research the topic and make your own decision.

The JG would be a good header for you. I wouldn't bother with the IB mod to use it on your LS, unless you plan on some serious all motor mods. Or if you plan to go LS/VTEC. The IB mod ups the collector size to 2.5". The SMSP will also have a 2.5" collector. Unless you plan to get a 2.5" cat/test pipe, piping and muffler to match it there is no need to spend the money on the larger collector. It would be a waste to get a 2.5" collector just to bottle neck the system at the exhaust. On anything less than an ITR or a GSR with cams, a 2.5" system would be over kill, and may actually produce less of a power gain than a slightly smaller system due to loss of back pressure. Comptech makes quality parts, so that would make a nice header for your LS also.

OT: Not everyone wants to go turbo, and for those that don't, proper header selection is of great importance. I'm very happy with an all motor setup after selling two turbo cars. And was the Camaro a V6 or a V8, if it was a V8, then I'm not surprised, but if it was a V6, you seriously need to learn how to drive.
