i got a 95 integra GSR w/ b16 tranny, i accidently went from 4th to 3rd instead of 5th and it overreved the crap out my motor. (and yes i was racing) then now the battery light and ABS light stays on, driving my car's lights would slowly dim and car would sputter. whats the problem? could it be my alternator?
The battery light usually indicates a bad alternator. Check the system voltage with the car off and idling. I think you should read about 13.8V with it running and between 11 and 12V with the engine off. An autoparts store can do this for you as well.
BTW: I would perform a compression test to check your valves.
Pull the ABS codes. See the FAQ thread for instructions.

when the car is running under load you should have a current of 14.4 Volts
Now, that is a pretty much brand new alternator. anything from 13.5-14.4 is pretty much ok.
