bad O2 sensor? help

hey can a bad o2 sensor cause the ecu fuse to blow out every so often? my car is bogging partial throttle and idles rough slightly. i tried changing plugs and wires...

also my exhaust sounds like bass close up to it. it makes funny noises like gurgling and ****. the idle bounces 100 rpm or so every like 30 seconds

An O2 sensor will not cause your ECU fuse to blow. Something else is creating a problem if you are blowing that fuse and should take priority before moving on to the next step.
