ok so my buddy insist on posted this. what he told me was that he bought a set of spoon spark plug wires for his car and after arguing with him about how vtec and non vtec wires were different i told him to just put it on and try. he proceeded and started the car up and there was this huge back fire, like a gun shot. i told him that he put the wires in the incorrect order and when i checked it it was fine. so i thought it was the wires, so we put the stock one back on and it still back fire's like crazy. what would be the problem guys?

 

double check the firing order, if thats ok check on the dizzy and make sure the spark plugs are tight.
