Default B20B in an OBD2A INTEGRA

I have done the swap before in a obd1 ej1 and it was plug and play but for some reason this integra won't fire everything is connected minus the crank sensor because there isn't one on this block but I have the obd1 jumper on it to by pass that do I need an obd1 dizzy also?

Its not running because it needs the crank sensor.

Either do the crank sensor bypass or install an oil pump that has the crank sensor.

No need to swap to obd1.
