Is the bottom end built to handle high revving? If it isn't save your money to build it up. If it is, then a little 50 shot wouldn't hurt.

cause that b16 trannys going to wear your block out.

Well, Im pretty sure he designed it for high revving he told me that he normally shifts at around 8000 maybe a tad over.

Get some probe pistons and keep the stock rods or get some from probe

i would save up more, and start looking into a turbo.... maybe some turbo cams or some sleaves/pistons or something

Ouch, that motor is taking some beating man!! But make sure you ask him if the bottom end has been built before? And if you have that kinda money, try some Toda/CTR cams, maybe an ITR IM... There are many ways to spend that 400 of yours... How about dyno tuning?

Make sure you spend youe money well Enjoy the new car.

And I just read the post again, if you are planning to get pistons, make sure they fit since your head is milled, HTH.

do you even know what youre talkin about? btw stock cams are fine to run w/ turbo. im pretty sure the bottom end was built up, it would be pretty ridiculous to run stock pistons on a b20/vtec head swap. skunk2 manifold or 2.5 inch exhaust would be a logical next step.

find out exactly what has been done to strengthen the bottom end every little detail. dont worry what he used to rev it to hehe...... then get back to us. if the bottom end is built then look into maybe suspension/brakes if they need work.
