Default b20 in Teg.

What will i need other then the parts i have on my ls to complete a b20 swap into a g3 integra. Will there be a need for wiring, or harnesses? Anything else i should know, please let me know

well all the mounts should be the same .... only thing that comes to mind .. is the engine wiring harness might be on the opposite side if its a JDM B20

You have to swap your LS intake mani to the B20....
bummer .. i thought they used the same head ?

not the exact same head, but very very very similar. anyway, yeah you need to swap out the intake manifold and use the LS one. the B20 intake manifold wont fit. for my swap, except for the block and head (i just used the b20 head and sold my LS head) i reused EVERYTHING else from my B18B.

yea, it's the same HEAD but no one said they had the sam IM though. Everythin should fit, jus swap out the WHOLE IM from the ls motor, as well as the wiring harass and the distrubutor is ur car is ob1 and the b20 is obd2

what if i use the ls ecu and intake manifold, what will i have to do about the obdII, or should i just use and obdII ecu?

Yea when he first said it ... i thought he ment you "Couldnt" use the LS intake manifold ... and thats why i was like .. i thought it was the same head ??


to the other guy: I would prob use a OBD II ecu .. and change out the distributor if you have to

well what if i get the b20 with the distributor on it, will i only need a newer obdII ecu, and are there any other wires? Will this all be plug and play if i change the ecu and distributor?
