i recently dropped a b20 into my 95 LS. went to get smogged, and my NOX level was at 3500 and max was 700. the guys said it might be my cat, or o2 sensor. they also said my car was running lean. any suggestions on what it might be?o

how do you know if your car is running lean/ how do you adjust it?
